Ann Ryan is the Executive Assistant to the AVP for Institutional Research in the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support at Kennesaw State University (KSU), a position she has held since November 2012. She serves as Executive Support to the AVP for Institutional Research and the Director of Decision Support as well as Office Manager for the entire IR Staff. She also serves as receptionist and Primary Help Desk contact for IR, assisting campus stakeholders and users with questions and data requests, utilizing enterprise-level IT help desk software solutions.
Ann has over fifteen years combined experience at Kennesaw State University. In 1998, she began at the KSU Continuing Education division in the Marketing Department, progressing from Clerk to Administrative Specialist V. Ann served as administrative liaison between the Marketing Department and programming areas, focusing primarily on internal marketing strategies, database development and production support. Prior to rejoining KSU in 2012, Ann was Data Entry Analyst / Implementation Manager at Travel Click from 2010-2012, where she was responsible for the functions related to software configuration and activation of new subscribers of contracted services for market and trend data by accurate input of new customer contact data into the CRM system.
Ann received her Bachelor’s in Political Science with Certificate in Business Administration, and Associate’s in Executive Secretarial Science (Magna Cum Laude) from University of Cincinnati. Ann is a member of The Association of Executive and Administrative Professionals (AEAP).
