Institutional Profiles

We prepare and submit numerous responses annually to a wide variety of surveys and formal requests from Federal and state agencies as well as independent and local organizations for statistical data and information concerning KSU. In many instances, we serve as KSU's reporting coordinator and consolidator, collecting and summarizing the requested data and information from the administrative units that are directly responsible for keeping such records.

Part of the U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing education-related data. NCES fulfills a Congressional mandate to collect, analyze, and report statistics on American education; conduct and publish reports; and review and report on education activities internationally.
