Where can I find data on enrollment headcount?

• You can find the Decades of Growth at KSU in the Fact Book under the Student Information\Enrollment Trends\Enrollment History link.
• You can also find the Historical Headcount under the Enrollment Archives link of the SAS Enterprise Reports Portal.

Where do I find data on student demographics (i.e., gender, ethnicity/race, and age) pertaining to enrollment?

• You can find various demographic breakouts of students by semester on the Enrollment Profiles Report which is located on the Latest Enrollment page of the SAS Enterprise Reports Portal.
• The Enrollment by Gender for each college at KSU can be found in the Fact Book under the Student Information\Demographics\Gender link.
• The Average Age of Students at KSU can also be found in the Fact Book under the Student Information\Demographics\Average Age link.

Where can I locate information about student SAT scores?
You can find the State and National SAT Comparisons in the Fact Book under the Student Information\Admissions\SAT Comparisons link.

How can I find out the graduation rate for IPEDS first-time/full-time freshman?
You can find the Retention, Progression, and Graduation (RPG) data in the SAS Enterprise Reports Portal under the RPG Tracking page. The Graduation Rates can be found by clicking on the drop-down list in the Table of Contents section.

Is there a profile of our students?
You can find several Student Profiles on VIC.

How can I find data on employee demographics and IPEDS job categories?
You can find faculty and staff demographic and IPEDS job categories on the Employee Cube Report which is located on the Employee Profiles page of the SAS Enterprise Reports Portal.

Where can I locate data on faculty demographics (i.e., gender, ethnicity/race, and age)?
You can find faculty demographic on the Faculty Demographics (FY) report which is located on the Faculty Profiles page of the SAS Enterprise Reports Portal.
